Follow the task before judging the layout.
An expert UI/UX review starts with what the visitor is trying to do. The design can then be assessed against that task, rather than a personal preference for a color or typeface.
Choose a real route
Follow a path such as finding a service, reading the price information and making an inquiry. Note where the labels or hierarchy leave the next step unclear.
Inspect the smaller screen
Check the same route on mobile. Look at the reading order, tap targets, form instructions and any elements that compete for space.
Make the findings actionable
The review produces observations and design recommendations. It is not recruited-user research, an accessibility certification, a security audit or a guarantee of higher conversion.
